The goal of any sport is to score a point in the easiest, most efficient way possible. You can do this by implanting formation, organization, and tactics into your team to basically forge an unstoppable can of ass-whoopin. The use of Ultimate Frisbee plays can be a huge game-changer and you will start to see why the more you use them. In addition, you will begin to feel less tired as you play because instead of being part of 7 individual players, you become one single unit. This page includes both offensive and defensive Ultimate Frisbee Plays.
There are a million Ultimate plays out there, most of which teams come up with on their own. It is impossible for I alone to know every play that exists. This page is dedicated to combining the knowledge of all Ultimate players.
Offensive Ultimate Frisbee Plays
Vert (Vertical) Stack – The most common offensive play in Ultimate Frisbee.
The Mailman – An intense offensive tactical maneuver to guarantee a gain of at least 70% of the field.
TurboDisc – Can be added to almost any play to ensure max effectiveness.
1, 2, Kaboom – A simple play we have all done but never realized had an official name.
Gone Fishin’ – A play that can only be used when the time is right.
Ho (Horizontal) Stack – Another super common Ultimate Frisbee play that everybody should know.
The Zipper – An awesome variation of vert stack with a little spice.
ISO Kamikazi – Sacrifice your teammates one by one.
