Chants & Cheers have become an extremely important part of Ultimate Frisbee for fun and to pump up your team. Ultimate Frisbee tends to stray from the generic chants such as “Go Team!” Although that works just fine, we like to be more clever than that. As you will read below you will see just how crazy we can get.

This chant takes some setting up. Grab all the discs your team owns (at least 5), hold them, and form in a small circle interlock hands (5 people). Form a bigger circle around that small circle.
The chant will start with the inner circle bending down and screaming “Oh!” in an orgasm-like tone.
After screaming “oh!” they will stand back up, in which the outer circle bends down and screams “Yea!” in the same tone.
*Repeat 3 times while increasing speed and intensity with each*
On the fourth time the inner circle will throw, as high as possible, a single disc.
Same for the fifth.
On the sixth and final chant they will release the rest of the discs and everybody will scream “Ohhhhh!”
After that, everyone falls over and goes to sleep except for the women. Snoring optional.
